应重视右美托咪定在化疗相关性恶心呕吐中的应用

Research progress of dexmedetomidine in the treatment of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting(CINV)

右美托咪定作为高选择性α2受体激动剂,具有镇静及轻度镇痛且不影响呼吸的特点,在临床中广泛应用。近年来研究发现右美托咪定还具有良好的防治恶心、呕吐的作用。本文就右美托咪定的药理作用及在恶心、呕吐方面的基础和临床研究进行综述,总结右美托咪定在防治恶心、呕吐方面的作用,提出及展望其在化疗相关性恶心呕吐(chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting,CINV)中的应用思考。

Dexmedetomidine,as a highly selectiveα2 receptor agonist,has the characteristics of sedation and mild analgesia without affecting breathing,and is widely used in clinical practice.In recent years,studies have found that dexmedetomidine also has a good effect in preventing and treating nausea and vomiting.This article first reviews the pharmacological effects of dexmedetomidine and its research in nausea and vomiting.Secondly,summarize its role in preventing nausea and vomiting.Finally,we propose and prospect its application in chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting(CINV).
