摘要
外泌体(exosome)是生理或病理环境中相邻或远距离细胞之间信号通讯的关键媒介。间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells,MSCs)和恶性肿瘤B细胞产生的外泌体在B细胞恶性肿瘤微环境中扮演着不可或缺的角色,对B细胞恶性肿瘤的发生和发展起重要作用。本文详细介绍了外泌体在调节B细胞恶性肿瘤的生长和转移,以及参与免疫逃逸和耐药等方面的作用,进而讨论了外泌体可以作为B细胞恶性肿瘤潜在的治疗工具。分析表明,针对外泌体的研究是B细胞恶性肿瘤的一个新兴领域,将为该类疾病的临床诊断和治疗带来新的契机。
Exosomes are key mediators of signal communication between adjacent or distant cells in physiological or pathological environment.Exosomes produced by mesenchymal stem cells and malignant tumor B-cells play an indispensable role in the B-cell malignant tumor microenvironment,and play a vital role in the occurrence and development of B-cell malignant tumors.This article details the role of exosomes in regulating the growth and metastasis of B-cell malignancies,as well as participating in immune escape and drug resistance,and then discusses that exosomes can be used as potential therapeutic tools for B-cell malignancies.The analysis shows that research on exosomes is an emerging field of B-cell malignancies and will bring new opportunities for clinical diagnosis and treatment of such disease.
