Spred蛋白及其相关miRNA研究进展

摘要 Spred蛋白家族是2001年发现的与细胞膜结合的信号分子家族,也是一种酪氨酸激酶结合蛋白,它能通过抑制Ras/MAPK信号通路参与肿瘤、心脑血管疾病、肺部疾病、炎性疾病、神经精神疾病等多种疾病进程,Spred蛋白可能成为治疗这些疾病潜在的靶点之一。研究表明,Spred是多种miRNA的靶蛋白,它们能通过调节Spred蛋白表达,参与多种疾病进程中。本文就近年Spred蛋白及其相关miRNA研究进展进行综述,以期为相关研究提供参考。 Discovered in 2001,the Spred protein family is a family of signaling molecules that bind to cell membranes and is a tyrosine kinase-binding protein.Spred protein is involved in tumor,cardio-cerebrovascular disease,pulmonary disease,inflammatory disease,neuropsychiatric disease and other disease processes by inhibiting Ras/MAPK signaling pathway,and may become one of the potential targets for the treatment of these diseases.Studies have shown that Spred is a target protein of many miRNAs,which can participate in many disease processes by regulating the expression of Spred protein.This paper reviews the recent progress of Spred protein and related miRNAs in order to provide references for related research.
