摘要
研究了以磷肥/氟化工行业副产氟硅酸为原料,经两步碱解、母液除杂等技术制备高品质氟化钾联产优质白炭黑的工艺路线,包括原料配比、投料方式、反应温度、干燥方式等关键工艺参数。实现了副产低品位氟、硅资源的高质、高效利用,解决了制约相关行业发展的瓶颈问题,其经济、环保和社会效益显著。
Using fluorine acid of phosphate fertilizer/by-product fluorine chemical industry as raw mateiial,the preparation of high quality potassium fluoride and high quality white carbon black from fluosilicic acid by two-step alkaline hydrolysis and impurity removal from mother liquor is stuied.It includes that the key process parameters such as raw material ratio,feeding mode,reaction temperature,drying mode,etc.The high-quality and high-efficiency utilization of the by-product low-grade fluorine and silicon resources is realized,and the bottleneck problem restricting the development of related industries is solved.
