摘要
睡眠剥夺(sleep deprivation,SD)是指各种原因导致的睡眠不足的状态,可引起交感神经兴奋性增高,激素分泌紊乱,心律失常,内皮功能损伤,糖脂代谢异常以及炎症反应等多种病理变化。近年来研究发现,睡眠剥夺与心肌缺血再灌注损伤(myocardial/ischemia reperfusion injury,MI/RI)的发生发展密切相关。本文对SD在MI/RI中的作用及机制进行归纳总结,并简要介绍其在MI/RI中的最新治疗进展。
Sleep deprivation(SD)is a state of insufficient sleep due to various reasons,which can increase sympathetic excitability,hormone secretion disorder,arrhythmia,endothelial dysfunction,abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism,inflammatory reaction and other pathological changes.Recent studies have found that SD is closely related to the occurrence and development of myocardial/ischemia reperfusion injury(MI/RI).In this paper,the role and mechanism of SD in MI/RI were summarized,and the latest therapeutic progress in MI/RI was briefly introduced.
