超滤在失代偿性心力衰竭患者中的应用

Application of Ultrafiltration in Patients with Decompensated Heart Failure

目的评价超滤治疗失代偿性心力衰竭患者的效果。方法选择2016年11月-2017年11月郑州大学附属郑州中心医院41例因失代偿性心力衰竭行超滤治疗的患者,通过分析超滤前后患者的呼吸困难评分、氧分压(PaO2)、心排量(CO)、乳酸水平、左室射血分数、BNP等指标,评价超滤治疗的效果。结果超滤治疗后患者的呼吸困难评分、氧分压(PaO2)、心排量(CO)、乳酸水平、左室射血分数、BNP、肝肾功能等指标均较前改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超滤治疗可改善失代偿性心力衰竭患者的呼吸困难症状及心衰指标。

Objective To evaluate the effect of ultrafiltration on decompensated heart failure.Methods 41 patients with decompensated heart failure admitted to Zhengzhou Central Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from November 2016 to November 2017 were selected as research subjects.The efficacy of ultrafiltration therapy was evaluated by analyzing dyspnea score,partial oxygen pressure(PaO2),cardiac discharge rate(CO),lactic acid level,left ventricular ejection fraction,BNP and hepatorenal function before and after ultrafiltration.Results After ultrafiltration treatment,dyspnea score,partial oxygen pressure(PaO2),cardiac displacement(CO),lactic acid level,left ventricular ejection fraction,BNP,liver and kidney function were all improved,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrafiltration therapy can ameliorate the symptom of dyspnea and indexes of heart failure on patients with decompensated heart failure.
