摘要
目的观察探讨小儿肺炎支原体感染诊断检查中CRP检测方法及临床路径,重点评估分析CRP检测方法在整个早期诊断中的临床意义。方法回顾分析昌平区医院于2017年1月-2018年12月期间收治确诊为儿童肺炎支原体感染患者45例。本组45例作为观察组,并选取同期接待检查的健康体检儿童45例,作为对照组。观察组45例患儿和对照组45例健康体检儿童,均接受了血常规与CRP联合检查。重点观察统计实验组45例患儿融入CRP检测下的临床可推广意义,即比较单独血常规、单独CRP以及两者联用下的阳性检出率。结果CRP检测技术与血常规检查技术方法联合应用下,临床检出率大幅提升,高达95.6%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论CRP联合血常规检查,可大幅提升肺炎支原体感染的临床诊断准确率,从而为后续的临床治疗提供参考依据。
Objective and exploration of CRP detection methods and clinical pathways in the diagnosis and examination of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection,emphasis was placed on evaluating and analyzing the clinical significance of CRP detection method in the whole early diagnosis.Methods Retrospective analysis of 45 cases of children diagnosed with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection admitted to Changping District Hospital from January 2017 to December 2018.45 cases in this group were used as the observation group,and 45 healthy children who received examinations in the same period were selected as the control group.45 children in the observation group and 45 healthy children in the control group all underwent the examinations of blood routine and CRP.Focus on observing and statistical analysis the clinical significance of 45 children in the experimental group integrated with CRP detection,that is to compare the positive detection rate of blood routine alone,CRP alone and the combination of the two.Results The combined application of CRP detection technology with blood routine examination technology has greatly improved the clinical detection rate,up to 95.6%,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion CRP combined with blood routine examination can greatly improve the accuracy rates of clinical diagnosis of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection,thus providing reference for subsequent clinical treatment.
