大型调相机除盐水无人值守控制系统设计与应用 被引量:1

Design and Application of Unattended Control System for Demineralized Water in Large-Scale Synchronous Condensers

摘要 为满足电网智能化运行要求,针对新一代大型调相机除盐水工艺,设计了一套基于分布式控制系统(DCS)的无人值守控制系统。在分析控制需求的基础上,采用由厂站层、控制层、过程层、厂站层、过程层网络组成的三层两网架构。基于面向对象理念和黑盒分组方法,逐层对系统内设备进行分组建模。纵向来看,由下至上分为设备级、设备组级、子系统级、系统级;横向来看,以水箱为分界点,按水的先后处理顺序分为原生水组、叠滤-超滤组、反渗透组、电除盐(EDI)组、成品水组。设计程控组模型,阐述模型实例化过程,进而实现一套除盐水全自动控制策略,在无需人为干预的情况下完成引水、产水、出水全过程,并具备自动冲洗、变频控制及故障联锁等功能。该系统已在多个特高压换流站成功应用,可靠性高,运行效果满足无人值守要求,可为后续调相机工程的建设实施提供重要参考。 In order to meet the intelligent operation requirements of the power grid,a distributed control system(DCS)-based unattended control system is designed for demineralization water process of large-scale synchronous condensers of new generation.On the basis of analyzing the control requirements,a three layers and two networks architecture consisting of plant station layer,control layer,process layer,and plant-station layer,process layer network is adopted.Based on the object-oriented concept and the black box grouping method,the equipment in the system is grouped and modeled layer by layer.In the vertical direction,it is divided into equipment level,equipment group level,subsystem level and system level from the bottom to the top;in the horizontal direction,the water tank is used as the demarcation point,and the water treatment is divided into original water group,stacking-ultrafiltration group,reverse osmosis group,electrodeionization(EDI)group,and finished water group.The program control group model is designed,and the model instantiation process is explained,and then a set of automatic control strategy for demineralized water is realized.The whole process of water diversion,water production and water discharge is completed without human intervention,and functions such as automatic flushing,frequency conversion control and fault interlocking are provided.The system has been successfully applied in several ultra-high voltage(UHV)converter stations,with high reliability and meets unattended operation requirements,which provides an important reference for the construction of subsequent synchronous condensers engineering pojects.
