多囊卵巢综合征患者血清抗苗勒管激素与游离睾酮水平的相关性

Correlation between Serum AMH and FT Levels in Patients with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的探讨多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)患者血清抗苗勒管激素(anti-mullerian hormone,AMH)与游离睾酮(free testosterone,FT)水平的相关性。方法选取62例PCOS患者作为观察组,另选择同期健康体检者62例为对照组。检测血清AMH及FT水平,并测定黄体生成素(luteinizing hormone,LH)、总睾酮(total testosterone,TT)、雌二醇(estradiol,E2)及卵泡刺激素(follicle stimulating hormone,FSH)水平,分析血清AMH与FT、LH、TT、E2及FSH相关性。结果观察组血清AMH、FT、LH和TT水平分别为(10.05±4.30)pg/L、(0.73±0.52)μg/L、(13.31±5.47)mIU/mL和(0.45±0.20)pg/L,高于对照组的(3.14±1.02)pg/L、(0.38±0.20)μg/L、(4.69±1.68)mIU/mL及(0.34±0.16)pg/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组E2、FSH分别为(42.08±15.39)μg/L、(6.24±1.27)mIU/mL,与对照组的(45.06±14.81)μg/L及(6.56±1.90)mIU/mL比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经Pearson相关性检验,PCOS患者血清AMH与FT、LH、TT呈正相关,与E2呈负相关,与FSH无相关性(P>0.05)。结论PCOS患者血清AMH水平较高,且与FT水平呈正相关。

Objective To analyze the correlation between serum anti-mullerian hormone(AMH)and free testosterone(FT)levels in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods 62 patients with PCOS in the hospital were selected as observation group,and 62 healthy people with physical examination were selected as normal group.The levels of serum AMH and FT were measured,and the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH),total testosterone(TT),estradiol(E2),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)were detected.The correlation between serum ANH and FT,LH,TT,E2,FSH was analyzed.Results The levels of serum AMH,FT,LH and TT in observation group[(10.05±4.30)pg/L,(0.73±0.52)μg/L,(13.31±5.47)mIU/mL,(0.45±0.20)pg/L]were higher than those in control group[(3.14±1.02)pg/L,(0.38±0.20)μg/L,(4.69±1.68)mIU/mL,(0.34±0.16)pg/L](P<0.001);The levels of E2 and FSH in observation group[(42.08±15.39)μg/L,(6.24±1.27)mIU/mL]were lower than those in control group[(45.06±14.81)μg/L,(6.56±1.90)mIU/mL],but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);Pearson correlation test showed that the serum AMH had positive correlation with FT,LH and TT in PCOS patients(P<0.05),and had negative correlation with E2(P<0.05),and had no correlation with FSH(P>0.05).Conclusion The level of serum AMH in patients with PCOS is higher,and it is positively correlated with the level of FT.
