个体化营养护理对2型糖尿病患者血糖控制及自我管理行为的影响

Influence of Individualized Nutritional Nursing on Blood Glucose Control and Self-management Behavior of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨个体化营养护理对2型糖尿病患者血糖控制及自我管理行为的影响。方法选取2型糖尿病患者92例,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各46例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上予以个体化营养护理,比较2组患者血糖控制情况及自我管理行为。结果干预6个月后,观察组糖化血红蛋白(6.22±1.33)%、空腹血糖(6.13±0.98)mmol/L及餐后2 h血糖(8.94±1.57)mmol/L,分别低于对照组的(7.35±1.38)%、(7.24±1.06)mmol/L及(10.56±1.64)mmol/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组糖尿病自我管理行为量表(summary of diabetes self care activities,SDSCA)评分为(62.54±7.83)分,高于对照组的(55.67±7.75)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对2型糖尿病患者实施个体化营养护理,不仅可有效控制血糖,还有利于增强患者自我管理行为。

Objective To investigate the effect of individualized nutritional nursing on blood glucose control and self-management behavior in patients with Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods 92 T2DM patients were selected,and they were divided into two groups by random number table,with 46 cases in each group.Control group was given routine nursing,while observation group was given individualized nutritional nursing based on routine nursing.The blood glucose control and self-management behavior were compared between the two groups.Results The glycated hemoglobin,fasting plasma glucose and two hours postprandial plasma glucose in control group were[(7.35±1.38)%,(7.24±1.06)mmol/L,(10.56±1.64)mmol/L]were lower than those in control group[(6.22±1.33)%,(6.13±0.98)mmol/L,(8.94±1.57)mmol/L],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of Summary of Diabetes Self Care Activities(SDSCA)in observation group[(62.54±7.83)points]was higher than that in control group[(55.67±7.75)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized nutritional nursing for T2DM patients can effectively control blood glucose,and enhance self-management behavior.
