摘要
经微生物发酵后的羊肚菌含有多种多糖、维生素、氨基酸、脂肪等。本文通过对羊肚菌发酵液成分的测定,得到其主要成分多糖、氨基酸、维生素等及其含量,通过分析对比其主要成分在化妆品应用方面的功效。实验结果表明:羊肚菌发酵液是一款优良的化妆品原料,并以此展望羊肚菌发酵液在护肤品行业中的广阔应用前景。
Morchella of microbial fermentation contains a variety of polysaccharide,vitamins,amino acids,fat,etc.In this article through the determination of composition of morchella fermented liquid,the main components of polysaccharide,amino acids and vitamins were obtained.Through the analysis of the effect of the main components in the application of cosmetics,the results on the surface of morchella fermented liquor show that morchella is a superior cosmetics raw material,and the broad application prospects of morchella fermented liquid are put forward in the cosmetics industry.
