山东省危险废物利用处置技术

Current situation of hazardous wastes utilization,disposal,management in shandong

本文调研了山东省危险废物的来源和主要特征,评价了山东省危险废物分类管理现状、污染控制技术水平、以及现有处理处置规模,剖析了山东省危险废物环境管理和利用处置技术存在的主要问题。论文结果显示,迫切需要完善危险废物管理和污染控制技术相关法规,建立危险废物分类收集工作以及经营单位退出机制,提高危险废物源头的无害化、减量化和资源化利用水平。

In this work,the sources and main characteristics of hazardous wastes in Shandong were investigated,the existing levels of classification management and pollution control technology were evaluated,and the current scales of treatment and disposal were discussed.The main problems in environmental management,utilization and disposal of hazardous wastes in Shandong were also analyzed.The results indicate that it is urgent to improve the policies and regulations of the treatment and utilization for hazardous wastes,establish the strategies of the classified collection of hazardous wastes and the withdrawal system of companies,and enhance the levels of harmlessness,reduction and resource utilization from the origin of hazardous wastes.
