工程机械司机室内噪声分析与降噪试验验证 被引量:1

摘要 推土机的驾驶室内噪声较大,需确定其噪声源并进行降噪处理。通过综合的测试分析技术对推土机驾驶室内、整车外进行振动噪声源识别是实施正确减振降噪措施的前提。对测试数据进行了频谱分析,结合机器工况和内部结构分布情况,确定了推土机驾驶室内振动噪声的主要频率特性及主要振动噪声源。同时根据噪声振动源对司机位置处噪声的影响,提出综合的减振降噪方案,并经过试验得到验证。经过减振降噪综合治理,司机位置耳旁噪声大大低于新国标限值,产品性能得到提升。 The interior noise of certain bulldozer is bigger,the noise source must be determined to minimize its radiation which influences the performance and competitiveness of the bulldozer.By combining method of experiment and analysis for the interior and outside noise and vibration signals,the noise source can be recognized effectively.Taking into account the machine running characteristics and the layout of machine structures,and based on the frequency characteristics of the noise and vibration signals,it is identified that main sources of interior noise are the vibration noise from hydraulic components and engine.Base on the results,some modifications are taken for different noise sources and the noise level is reduced to a satisfied level,providing a basis to control interior noise for the bulldozer.
