摘要
针对我国经济发展与能源利用之间日益尖锐的矛盾,研究我国新时代以来能源利用效率的时空演化规律,为新常态经济背景下能源消费战略的制定与实施提供参考。运用主成分分析法分析中国能源利用效率变化特征,得到2000-2018年中国能源利用效率得分,并预测未来几年我国能源利用效率将匀速稳定提高;分析中国能源利用效率空间分异情况,采用k-means聚类法将我国各省份划分为五大类型,并从区域集聚性、差异性等多角度探寻空间分异规律。最后分别从能源、经济、环境三个角度提出发展建议,鼓励各地不断提高能源利用效率,推进能源利用改革。
In view of the increasingly sharp contradiction between China's economic development and energy utilization,this paper studies the spatio-temporal evolution law of energy utilization efficiency since the new era in China,so as to provide reference for the formulation and implementation of energy consumption strategy in the context of the new normal economy.The principal component analysis method was used to analyze the change characteristics of China's energy utilization efficiency,and the score of China's energy utilization efficiency from 2000 to 2018 was obtained.It is predicted that the energy efficiency in China will be improved stably.By analyzing the spatial differentiation of energy utilization efficiency in China,the k-means clustering method is adopted to divide China's provinces into five types,and the spatial differentiation law is explored from the perspectives of regional agglomeration and difference.In the end,development proposals are put forward from the perspectives of energy,economy and environment,and encourage local governments to continuously improve energy efficiency and promote energy utilization reform.
