试论预应力施工技术在市政桥梁工程中的运用 被引量:3

摘要 市政桥梁工程应具备较强的荷载力和安全性,在施工过程中应用预应力技术,提供一个与荷载力相反方向的力,达到减弱甚至是消除荷载力的目的,进而保障了市政桥梁的稳定性、安全性,延长其使用寿命。对于施工单位来说,要结合市政桥梁的地理位置、结构特点,编制预应力施工方案,明确各个步骤中的技术要点。特别是预应力筋定位、混凝土浇筑、预应力张拉等环节,必须要严格按照相关的规程来进行,并进行现场监督和技术检验。 The municipal bridge engineering should have strong load force and safety. In the process of construction, the prestress technology is applied to provide a force in the opposite direction of the load force, so as to reduce or even eliminate the load force,thus ensuring the stability and safety of the municipal bridge and prolonging its service life. For the construction unit, it is necessary to work out the prestressed construction plan and clarify the technical points in each step according to the geographical location and structural characteristics of the municipal bridge. In particular, the positioning of prestressed tendons, concrete pouring, prestressed tensioning and other links must be carried out in strict accordance with the relevant regulations, and carry out on-site supervision and technical inspection.
