摘要
为研究高铁信号人员安全文化,采用经典的探索性因子分析法对高铁信号人员安全评价体系进行了构建。在《企业安全文化建设评价准则》的基础上,添加与修正了评价关键标准,最终得到了高铁信号人员安全评价指标,并得到了所研究对象安全文化水平较高的结论。
In order to study the safety culture of high-speed rail signal personnel, a classic exploratory factor analysis method was used to construct a safety evaluation system for high-speed rail signal personnel. On the basis of the "Evaluation Criteria for Enterprise Safety Culture Construction", key criteria for evaluation were added and amended. Finally, the safety evaluation indicators for high-speed rail signal personnel were obtained, and the conclusion that the safety culture level of the research object was high was obtained.
