摘要
针对综放沿空煤巷基本顶倾向断裂位置难以精准实测问题,本文以昌恒煤矿9102综放工作面为研究背景,基于Winkler地基梁沿空巷道顶板破断力学模型,推导得出基本顶弯矩分布规律和最大弯矩迁移特征,为综放窄煤柱合理布留、支护科学设计及沿空掘巷稳定控制提供了理论基础。现场采用钻孔窥视方法实测基本顶断裂位置,结果表明:9102沿空煤巷基本顶实际断裂位置与最大弯矩理论分析结果相吻合,为类似地质条件基本顶破断位置探测提供借鉴。
Aiming at the problem of unclear fracture position of basic roof,this paper takes the 9102 fully mechanized caving face of Changheng Coal Mine as the engineering background,based on the mechanics model of roof-breaking along the gob-side roadway of winkler foundation beam,the bending moment distribution of basic roof and the migration characteristics of maximum bending moment are derived,which provides theoretical basis for reasonable arrangement of narrow coal pillars in fully mechanized caving,for scientific design of support and for stability control of roadway excavation.The fracture position were measured by using borehole observation method.The results are basically consistent with the theoretical analysis results and it provides engineering reference for the accurate detection of the basic roof breaking position of similar geological production conditions.
