摘要
为解决开滦矿区深部矿压显现明显,巷道围岩变形量大、破坏性强、返修率高的问题,吕家坨矿-950二采区6272切眼掘进及扩面过程中,改变常规支护方式,使用注浆锚索锚网联合支护方法,通过中空锚索注浆加固围岩,将松散破碎的围岩胶结成整体,提高了岩体的内聚力、内摩擦角及弹性模量,从而提高了岩体强度及自承能力,有效控制了巷道围岩变形,巷道围岩移进量减小50%左右,节约巷道支护成本。
To solve the problem that the deep mine pressure in the Kailuan mining area is obvious,the deformation amount of the surrounding rock of the roadway is large,the high destructive strength,and high repair rate,during the process of 6272 cutting and expanding in-950 No.2 Mining area of Lujiatuo Mine,the conventional support mode was changed into a combined supporting method of the grouting anchor cable and anchor net.The surrounding rock is strengthened by hollow anchor cable grouting,and the loose and broken surrounding rock is glued into a whole.The cohesion,internal friction angle and elastic modulus of the rock mass are improved.The strength and self-supporting capacity of the rock mass are finally improved.The deformation of the surrounding rock of the tunnel is effectively controlled.The displacement of the surrounding rock of the tunnel is reduced by about 50%,and the cost of roadway support is saved.
