改性活性炭对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附性能研究

摘要 利用Al2(SO4)3对活性炭进行表面改性处理,对比研究未改性活性炭和铝盐改性的活性炭对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附特性。实验结果表明,铝盐改性的活性炭对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附效果好;其吸附等温线更加符合Langmuir等温吸附方程,且吸附属于自发的吸热反应,吸附方式以化学吸附为主;其吸附动力学更符合准二级动力学方程,吸附速率受颗粒内扩散和液膜扩散共同限制。 Al2(SO4)3 was used to modify the surface of activated carbon,and the adsorption characteristics of Cr(Ⅵ)on the activated carbon and the aluminum salt-modified activated carbon were compared.The experimental results show that the adsorption effect of the aluminum salt modified activated carbon on Cr(Ⅵ)was improved.The adsorption isotherm was more in line with the Langmuir isotherm adsorption equation,and the adsorption reaction was spontaneous and endothermic.The adsorption kinetics was well described by the quasi-second-order kinetic equation,and the adsorption rate was limited by both intra-particle diffusion and liquid film diffusion.
