腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗卵巢囊肿的临床效果

Clinical effect of laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy for ovarian cyst

目的探讨腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗卵巢囊肿的临床效果。方法选取射洪县中医院2017年2月—2019年1月收治的卵巢囊肿患者68例。按照入院先后顺序分为传统组与腹腔镜组,每组34例。传统组行传统开腹手术治疗,腹腔镜组行腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗。比较两组临床指标(手术时间、术中出血量、下床活动时间及住院时间)、治疗前后卵巢功能指标〔卵泡生成激素(FSH)、黄体生成激素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)〕、1年妊娠率,并观察两组并发症发生情况。结果腹腔镜组手术时间、下床活动时间及住院时间短于传统组,术中出血量少于传统组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组LH、FSH、E2比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后腹腔镜组LH、FSH低于传统组,E2高于传统组(P<0.05)。腹腔镜组1年妊娠率高于传统组,并发症发生率低于传统组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗卵巢囊肿的临床效果确切,可改善患者卵巢功能,提高妊娠率,且安全性较高。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy for ovarian cyst.Methods A total of 68 cases of patients with ovarian cyst were selected from February 2017 to January 2019 in Shehong County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,which were divided into traditional group and laparoscopic group according to the order of admission,34 cases in each group.The traditional group was treated by traditional laparotomy,the laparoscopic group was treated by laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy.Clinical indicators(operation time,intraoperative blood loss,ambulation time and hospitalization time),ovarian function index(FSH,LH,E2),1-year pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of complications were observed.Results The laparoscopic group of operation time,ambulation time and hospitalization time were shorter than traditional group,intraoperative blood loss was less than traditional group(P<0.05).Before treatment,There was no significant differences in LH,FSH and E2 between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the laparoscopic group of LH and FSH were lower than traditional group,E2 was higher than traditional group(P<0.05).The laparoscopic group of 1-year pregnancy rate was higher than traditional group,and the incidence rate of complications was lower than traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy have an exact clinical effect for ovarian cyst,which can improve ovarian function and pregnancy rate of patients,and with high safety.
