摘要
本文对复杂作战试验环境下军用雷达作战效能评估进行了研究。论述了效能评估的目的与意义,提出了构建评估指标体系、建立评估指标模型、实施作战效能评估的基本流程与方法。并以某型军用雷达为例给出了军用雷达作战效能评估基本方法与步骤。
This paper investigates the operational effectiveness evaluation of military radars based on complex experimental operational environment.The purpose and significance of military radar operational effectiveness evaluation are pointed out firstly,followed by description of the proposed basic evaluation workflow and specific approaches including establishment of an evaluation index system,development of an evaluation model,and implementation of operational effectiveness evaluation.Finally,basic evaluation steps for military radars are illustrated with an evaluation example of a military radar.
