摘要
以化学吸收法为采样方式、以靛酚蓝分光光度法为分析方法进行逃逸氨测试,分析了反应试剂用量及配比、采样流量、吸收液浓度等影响测试准确度的因素,为逃逸氨的准确测试提供依据。结果表明,在靛酚蓝分光光度法中,50g/L水杨酸、10g/L亚硝基铁氰化钠、0.05mol/L次氯酸钠的最佳用量分别为0.30、0.10、2.00mL时,其测试精密度和准确度最好,吸收液选择0.005mol/L的稀硫酸更适用;在化学吸收法中,当吸收液浓度为0.005mol/L的稀硫酸、采样流量为3L/min时,吸收效率可达99.38%,测试时具有最佳的准确度。
Chemical absorption method and indophenolblue spectrophotometry were used to test the slip ammonia.The factors affecting the accuracy of the test,such as the dosage and proportion of reaction reagent,sampling flow rate and concentration of absorption solution,were analyzed to provide the basis for the accurate test of slip ammonia.The results showed when the best dosage of 50g/L salicylic acid,10g/L sodium nitroferrocyanide and 0.05mol/L sodium hypochlorite were 0.30,0.10 and 2.00mL respectively,the precision and accuracy of the test were the best,and 0.005mol/L dilute sulfuric acid was the best choice for the absorption solution in the indophenolblue spectrophotometry.In the chemical absorption method,when the concentration of dilute sulfuric acid is 0.005mol/L and the sampling flow rate is 3L/min,the absorption efficiency can reach 99.38%,and the test has the best accuracy.
