摘要
控制氨逃逸是选择性非催化还原法(SNCR)烟气脱硝在循环流化床(CFB)锅炉中应用所必须面对的问题。总结了氨逃逸对环境和电厂设备造成的危害,归纳了造成氨逃逸过大的原因,提出了通过提高SNCR烟气脱硝全负荷适应性、加入添加剂、控制氨氮摩尔比、提高烟气和还原剂混合的均匀性及优化脱硝自动控制系统等方式以降低氨逃逸量,为燃煤电厂环保、安全、经济运行提供依据。
The control of ammonia slip is a problem that must be faced by SNCR denitrification in CFB boiler applications.This article summarized the harm caused by ammonia slip to the environment and power plant equipment.And the causes of excessive ammonia slip were summarized also.It was proposed to reduce ammonia slip by increasing the SNCR full load adaptability,adding additives,controlling the NH3/NOx molar ratio,increasing the uniformity of the mixing of flue gas and reducing agent and optimizing the denitration control strategy.The basis for environmental protection,safety and economic operation of power plants were provided.
