矩阵式网格采样系统在锅炉脱硝中的应用

摘要 基于烟气监测多点采样的理念,在SCR反应器出口布置带有“喇叭”型取样孔的探杆,组成矩阵式采样网格,利用反应器出口与空预器出口的压差作为取样系统的“动力源”抽取烟气,在均流管内混合均匀、抽样分析,得到更能代表反应器出口截面NOx的值,在满足环保要求的前提下,减少了喷氨量,减轻了空预器堵塞情况,提高了喷氨自动调节的投入率和控制品质,提高了经济性。 Based on the concept of multi-point sampling for flue gas monitoring,a probe rod with a"horn"sampling hole is arranged at the outlet of SCR reactor to form a matrix sampling grid.The pressure difference between the outlet of the reactor and the outlet of the air preheater is used as the"power source"of the sampling system to extract flue gas,which is evenly mixed in the flow equalizing pipe,and the sampling analysis is carried out to obtain a more representative value of NOx at the outlet section of the reactor at full capacity.On the premise of meeting the requirements of environmental protection,the amount of ammonia injection is reduced,the blocking of air preheater is reduced,the input rate and control quality of automatic adjustment of ammonia injection are improved,and the economy is improved.
