湿式静电除尘器防火措施

Precautions against fire disasters in wet electrostatic precipitator

湿式静电除尘器能有效降低微细粉尘、液滴和重金属的排放限值,同时也解决了石膏雨问题,在火电行业超低排放领域得到广泛应用,但是近期几起重大着火事故引起了业界对于湿式静电除尘器安全的关注。分析了湿式静电除尘器的着火事故原因,从设计、建设和运行三方面提出防范措施,为避免重大着火事故提供借鉴。

The wet electrostatic precipitator(WESP)is widely used in ultra-low emissions of coal-fired power plant,due to efficiently reducing micro-particle,droplet and heavy metal concentrations of emission,and solving the problem of gypsum rain.Recently,several disastrous fires accidents raise concerns about WESP safety.The reasons of fire hazard are analyzed firstly,then some precautionary measures from design construction and operation are proposed in order to avoiding major accidents.
