苏州高职教育服务地方经济社会发展的人才贡献度研究

On Talents Contribution from Suzhou Higher Vocational Education Toward Local Social&Economic Development

在教育现代化的进程中,服务能力显著提升已经成为职业教育迈向现代化的主要发展目标。以苏州高职教育为案例,聚焦人才供给、人才需求、人才服务和人才质量4个维度分析苏州高职教育服务苏州经济发展的人才贡献度现状,发现苏州高职教育存在人才供给与社会需求存在落差、人才培养规格与民生期盼存在落差、多元办学与均衡发展存在落差等问题。解决这些问题,需要优化资源配置、促进均衡发展、打造高职名校、提升人才地位和推进体系建设。

In the progress of educational modernization,the obvious improvement of serving ability has been a major developing target for vocational education toward modernization.With the example from Suzhou higher vocational education,this article analyzes the situation of talents contribution from Suzhou higher vocational education toward local social and economic development,focusing on four dimensions on talents like supply,demand,service and quality.The result shows that there are gap between talent supply and talent demand,and between standards of talent cultivation and expectations of people’s livelihood.To solve these problems,we can optimize resource allocation,promote balanced development,build famous higher vocational college,enhance talent status and promote system construction.
