摘要
日本长期以来注重工匠精神的培育,其高等专门学校通过加强道德教育、开设"核心课程"、开展系列实践活动、举办"捐赠讲座"、实施"共同教育"与特色教育有效培育了学生的工匠精神,相关理念和举措启示我国职业院校要做好三方面工作:加强职业启蒙教育;注重知、情、意、行并重;营造良好社会氛围。
For a long time, Japan has been paying attention to the cultivation of craftsman spirit. The higher specialized schools in Japan have successfully cultivated students’ craftsman spirit by strengthening moral education, setting up"core courses", carrying out a series of practical activities, holding"donation lectures", implementing"common education"and characteristic education. The ideas and measures of cultivating student’s craftsman spirit in higher specialized schools can provide enlightenment for the development of vocational education in China, such as strengthening vocational enlightenment education, paying attention to the knowledge, emotion, will and action, and creating a good social atmosphere.
