摘要 近年来PDC钻头在结构与类型上均发生了较大变化,这对布齿设计提出了更高的要求,而合理的布齿设计是保证PDC钻头使用寿命的关键。为此,提出了一种基于ABAQUS的PDC钻头参数化布齿设计与破岩仿真方法。该方法通过编写Python脚本代码对ABAQUS内核程序进行控制,可以自动读取数据库中PDC钻头的几何参数,实现PDC钻头的参数化布齿;快速完成模型网格的自动划分、接触对的自动设置以及载荷与速度等条件的定义等,简化了PDC钻头切削齿与岩石的破岩仿真模型的建立过程,实现仿真结果的输出与保存,方便对布齿模型破岩性能进行分析。通过与常规建模方法建立的布齿模型进行对比分析,证明了采用该方法建立布齿模型的正确性;对仿真结果中的扭矩进行了分析,并与前人试验结果进行对比,证明了仿真模型的正确性。采用该方法可大幅度提高布齿设计和破岩分析效率,缩短PDC钻头的研发时间。 In recent years,structures and types of PDC bits undergone significant changes,which puts forward higher requirements on cutter layout design. As reasonable cutter layout is the key to ensure the drilling life of PDC bits,a parameterized cutter layout design and rock breaking simulation method for PDC bits based on ABAQUS was proposed in this paper. By controlling the kernel program of ABAQUS with Python scripts,this rock breaking simulation method can be used to automatically read geometric parameters of PDC bits from database,and thus to realize the parameterized cutter design of PDC bits. Furthermore,this method can be used to quickly implement automatic division of model grids,automatic contact pair configuration and quick definition of loading and velocity conditions etc.,which simplified the process of PDC bit cutter modeling and rock-breaking simulation modeling,achieved the output and saving of simulation results and facilitated the rock-breaking analysis of cutter layout models. By comparing with cutter models established based on conventional modeling methods,it demonstrated that establishing cutter layout models based on this method is the correct way. With this method,the efficiency of bit layout design and rock breaking analysis has been greatly improved and the R&D cycle of PDC bits has been shortened.
