美国安宁疗护服务根据服务方式、地点和强度分为四类--常规居家照护、连续居家照护、入院暂息照护和常规住院治疗,其医保支付方式为按床日付费,费用从公共医保基金中支出,并建立了较为完善的服务质量评价体系。美国的经验表明,科学的制度体系有利于推动安宁疗护服务的发展,据此提出推动建立我国安宁疗护服务体系的建议。

American hospice care services are divided into four categories according to service mode,location and intensity:regular home care,continuous home care,admission respite care and routine hospitalization.Its medical insurance payment method is paid on a bed-day basis,and expenses is from public health insurance funds.This system establishes a relatively complete service quality evaluation system.The experience of the United States shows that a scientific institutional system is conducive to promoting the development of hospice care.Based on this,it is proposed to promote the establishment of a hospice care service system in China.
