炼油污水处理改造工程设计 被引量:4

摘要 对炼油厂产生的含油污水和含盐污水,利用现有污水处理设施改造升级,改造工程采用除油预处理-水解酸化-A/O-臭氧催化氧化-BAF组合工艺,介绍了该工艺的流程及处理效果,并给出了主要构筑物的设计参数。工程运行结果表明,该工艺出水水质稳定,出水各项指标均低于GB 31570—2015《石油炼制工业污染物排放标准》中的特别排放限值要求。 According to the characteristics of oily sewage and salt-containing sewage discharged from oil refinery,an upgrading and reconstruction project of sewage treatment process was carried out based on full use of original facilities.The said reconstruction project adopted combined process of oil removal pretreatment-hydrolytic acidification-A/O-ozone catalytic oxidation-BAF,the process flow and treatment effect were introduced with the design parameters of main structures provided at the same time.The operation results of the project indicated that,the effluent water quality treated by the said combined process was stable,and the indexes of all kinds of pollutants in effluent water met the requirement of special discharge limits in GB 31570—2015 Emission Standard of Pollutants for Petroleum Refining Industry.
