我国中部地区城乡融合的比较分析与策略选择

Comparative Analysis and Strategic Choice of Urban-rural Integration in Central China

新时代,城乡融合发展是解决好城乡发展不平衡、农村发展不充分矛盾的必由之路。中部地区作为我国新一轮工业化、城镇化、信息化和农业现代化的重点区域,更应加快城乡融合,推动乡村振兴和中部崛起。对我国改善城乡关系的政策演进进行了系统梳理,构建了城乡融合发展评价体系,针对中部六省实际提出了加快推动城乡融合发展的对策建议。

In the new era,the integrated development of urban and rural areas is the only way to solve the imbalance between urban and rural development and inadequate rural development.The central region,as a key area of China's new round of industrialization,urbanization,informatization and agricultural modernization,should accelerate the integration of urban and rural areas,and promote the revitalization of rural areas and the rise of central China.A systematic review of the policy evolution of China's improvement of urban-rural relations,the establishment of an evaluation system for the integrated development of urban and rural areas,and countermeasures and suggestions for accelerating the integrated development of urban and rural areas are proposed for the six central provinces.
