张掖市城市土地利用效益评价

Benefit Evaluation of Urban Land Use in Zhangye City

以张掖市为研究对象,从城市土地利用经济效益、社会效益和生态效益三个方面构建评价指标体系,采用均方差权值法确定权重并进行分析。结果表明:(1)张掖市城市土地利用经济效益在8年间不断提高,由0.428增长到1.005;(2)社会效益波动下降,由2009年的0.75降低到2016年的0.56;(3)生态效益呈现“U”型变化,先下降后升高,变化起伏较大,由2009年的0.86上升到2016年的0.95;(4)综合效益缓慢提升,由2009年的0.64564提高到2016年的0.87225。根据评价结果,提出相应的政策建议。

Taking Zhangye City as the research object,an evaluation index system was constructed from three aspects of urban land use economic benefits,social benefits,and ecological benefits,and the weights were determined and analyzed using the mean square weight method.The results show that:(1)the economic benefits of urban land use in Zhangye City have continued to increase over the past eight years,from 0.428 to 1.005;(2)the fluctuations in social benefits have declined,from 0.75 in 2009 to 0.56 in 2016;(3)The ecological benefits show a U-shaped change,which first decreases and then rises,and the change fluctuates greatly,from 0.86 in 2009 to 0.95 in 2016;(4)The comprehensive benefits increased slowly,from 0.64564 in 2009 to 0.87225 in 2016.Based on the evaluation results,corresponding policy recommendations are proposed.
