儿童患者报告结局测量信息系统的研究进展

Research progress of pediatric patient-reported outcomes measurement information system

将患者报告结局(patient-reported outcomes,PROs)纳入医疗护理决策已成为近年来国内外的研究热点。由美国国立卫生研究院(NIH)牵头研制的“患者报告结局测量信息系统(patient-reported outcomes measurement information system,PROMIS)”是测量患者报告结局的最新工具和国际标准,儿童患者报告结局测量信息系统(pediatric PROMIS)是其中重要的组成部分,是当前针对5~17岁儿童及青少年症状和生活质量自我评估的最重要的国际标准化工具系统。全文收集并复习近年来国内外有关儿童PROMIS的应用现状以及对未来发展趋势思考的相关文献,以期作为研究和制订我国儿童患者报告结局系统的借鉴,为临床儿童自我报告结局的大数据收集及应用提供依据。

In recent years,it has become a research hotspot at home and abroad to incorporate patient-reported outcomes(PROs)into medical care decision-making.The patient-reported outcomes measurement information system(PROMIS),which was funded by the US National Institutes of Health(NIH),is the latest tool and international standard for the measurement of patient-reported outcomes,pediatric patient-reported outcomes measurement information system(pediatric PROMIS)is an important part of it,and is the most important international standardized tool system for self-assessment of symptoms and quality of life for children and adolescents aged 5-17 years.The full text collects and reviews the current literature on the status of children’s PROMIS application in recent years at home and abroad,as well as relevant literature on future development trends,in order to provide a reference for the research and development of the system of pediatric patient-reported outcomes in China,and provide a basis for the collection and application of big data of clinical pediatric self-reported outcomes.
