Updates of diagnosis of pediatric melanoma

儿童黑素瘤罕见,具有不同于成人黑素瘤的特点,更有研究认为低龄儿童的黑素瘤完全是一个不同的生物学范畴。该文就儿童黑素瘤的诊断,包括临床、皮肤镜、组织病理、分子生物学进展作一综述。

Pediatric melanoma is rare,and has different characteristics from adult’s melanoma.There are more studies suggest that melanoma in young children is a completely different biological category.In this paper,the updates of the diagnosis of pediatric melanoma,including clinical manifestations,dermascopy characteristics,histopathology and molecular biology are reviewed.
