光动力疗法结合综合护理治疗鲜红斑痣106例疗效观察 被引量:4

Observation on the curative effect of 106 cases of port wine nevus treated by photodynamic therapy combined with nursing methods

摘要 目的探讨光动力(photodynamic therapy,PDT)疗法结合护理治疗鲜红斑痣的临床效果。方法 106例鲜红斑痣患者分为实验组和对照组,实验组患者采用新型PDT治疗,同时治疗过程中配合综合护理干预手段,对照组采用PDT治疗,仅在治疗后进行常规护理。结果实验组优秀25例(44.64%),良好8例(14.29%),一般17例(30.36%),差4例(7.14%),无反应2例(3.57%),总有效率96.43%;对照组优秀19 (38.0%),良好12例(24.0%),一般6例(12.0%),差7例(14.0%),无反应3例(6.0%),3例中途放弃治疗(6.0%),总有效率为88.0%。结论光动力疗法治疗鲜红斑痣有效、安全,在治疗过程中配合综合护理干预手段,可提高患者的治愈率,提高患者对治疗的耐受性。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of new type photodynamic therapy(PDT) combined with nursing in the treatment of port wine nevus.Methods A total of 106 patients with port wine nevus were divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was treated with new type PDT,and comprehensive nursing intervention was used in the course of treatment.The control group was treated with new type PDT,and only routine nursing was used after the treatment.Results In the experimental group,33 cases(58.92%) were cured,21 cases(37.50%) were markedly effective,2 cases(3.57%) were ineffective,and the total effective rate was96.43%;in the control group,31 cases(55.36%) were cured,13 cases(23.2 1%) were markedly effective,3 cases(5.36%) were ineffective,and3 cases(5.36%) gave up treatment in the middle course,and the total effective rate was 88.0%.Conclusion The new type photodynamic therapy is a very effective and safe method for the treatment of port wine nevus,which can improve the cure rate,and significantly increase the patient’s tolerance to treatment and reduce the adverse reactions in the treatment process by cooperating with nursing intervention.
