阴囊疣状黄瘤一例

A case of verruciform xanthoma of the scrotum

66岁男性患者,阴囊赘生物1年余。1年余前,左侧阴囊皮肤出现一绿豆大小粉红色疣状赘生物,逐渐增至2 cm×2 cm大小,表面光滑分叶状,基底有蒂,皮损局部触痛。组织病理示:表皮乳头瘤样增生,表皮突向下呈宽条状增生并相互融合,真皮乳头间大量泡沫样细胞和少量淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞和浆细胞浸润,乳头间血管增生、扩张充血。诊断:疣状黄瘤。手术完整切除赘生物。

The patient was a 66-year-old man,more than one year ago,a mung bean sized pink verrucous vegetation developed on the patient s left scrotal skin,gradually increasing to 2 cm×2 cm in size,with smooth and lobulated surface,pedicled base and local tenderness.Histopathological findings included papillomatous hyperplasia of the epidermis,rete ridges extend downward,widen and fuse with each other,and the infiltration of a large number of foam-like cells and a small number of lymphocytes,neutrophils and plasma cells,as well as hyperplasia,dilation and congestion of the small vessels in the dermal papillae.Diagnosis:verrucous xanthoma.Complete resection of the lesion was performed.
