摘要
为防止因天然气锅炉停气而无法为员工洗浴提供热水的发生,梅花井煤矿运用空压机油气余热双回收技术,依靠热水机组的不锈钢管壳式换热器将空压机的余热回收利用制备热水,热水经过管网到达员工澡堂的配水箱。实践证明,该项目运行成本低廉,投资回收期短,具有显著的社会效益。
In order to prevent the failure to provide hot water for employees’bath due to the shutdown of natural gas boiler,Meihuajing Coal Mine uses the double recovery technology of oil and gas waste heat of air compressor,and relies on the stainless steel shell and tube heat exchanger of the water heater unit to recycle the waste heat of air compressor and use it to prepare hot water.The hot water flows through the pipe network to the water distribution tank of the employees’bathhouse.The practice proves that the operation cost of the project is low and the investment recovery period is short,it has significant social benefits.
