摘要
针对梅花井煤矿当前长距离单巷大断面、大埋深、高应力问题,通过与相邻巷道围岩变形破坏特征及原因分析,优化巷道布置形式及支护设计,与1104207工作面运输巷及其相邻的1110208工作面回风巷(该巷采取全锚杆支护)对比现阶段巷道布置方式的改进及支护设计的优化效果,因此,在高应力、大埋深条件下,采取改进巷道布置方式及优化支护设计方法,既满足支护强度的需求,又确保了安全快速掘进的需要,为梅花井煤矿单巷长距离大断面掘进相似条件下巷道施工提供了技术保障。
In view of the current long-distance single roadway,large section,large burial depth and high stress problems in Meihuajing Coal Mine,through the analysis of the deformation destroy characteristics and causes of the surrounding rock of the adjacent roadway,the roadway layout and support design are optimized;compared with the transportation roadway of 1104207 working face and the return air roadway of 1110208 working face adjacent to it(the roadway adopts full bolt support),the improvement of the roadway layout and the optimized effects at this stage are compared.Therefore,under the condition of high stress and deep burial depth,the method of improving roadway layout and optimizing support design can not only meet the needs of support strength,but also ensure the needs of safe and rapid driving.It provides a technical guarantee for the construction of single roadway in Meihuajing Coal Mine under the similar conditions of long-distance and large section driving of single roadway.
