梅花井煤矿协同控制研究与探索

摘要 在梅花井煤矿集中控制与调度指挥平台建设过程中,研究调度室对生产过程中机电系统的控制及调度指挥方法。本论文阐述了井下自动化分散控制存在的弊端,统计分析当前煤矿在生产环节中存在的无效机械能、电能浪费环节,介绍了协同控制系统架构,采用人力环节整合协同、技术环节整合协同2种措施,研究如何提高当前煤矿开采效率,降低煤炭开采成本具体方案,得出了具体的时间方法,并为相关同类工作提供参考。 In the construction process of the centralized control and dispatching command platform in Meihuajing Coal Mine,this paper studies the control and dispatching command method of the dispatching room for the electromechanical system in the production process.The paper expounds the disadvantages of the decentralized control in the underground automation,makes statistical analysis of the invalid mechanical energy and the waste of electric energy in the production process of the current coal mine,introduces the framework of the collaborative control system,and adopts two measures:the integration and coordination of human link and the integration and coordination of technical link.This paper studies how to improve the current coal mining efficiency,the specific scheme of reducing the cost of coal mining is proposed,the specific time method is obtained,and reference for similar work is provided.
