基于华宁保护器+PLC控制的破碎机在煤仓上口研究与应用

摘要 针对采掘工作面产生的大块煤矸进入主运输线后,在胶带机各转载点仓口、井下各煤仓下口以及地面筛分破碎车间出料口出现卡堵现象,梅花井煤矿提出在井下各煤仓上口加装基于KTC101+PLC远程控制的破碎机,使得大块煤矸在进入煤仓前经破碎机将煤矸破碎至300mm以下,避免了主运输线因大块煤矸卡堵造成的问题,同时减轻了人员劳动强度、降低了设备能耗、提高了安全生产效率及原煤运输效率。 In view of the blocking phenomenon of the large coal gangue produced in the mining working face after entering the main transportation line at each transfer point of the belt conveyor,at the lower opening of each coal bunker underground and at each outlet of the ground screening and crushing workshop,Meihuajing Coal Mine proposes to install a remote-controlled crusher based on KTC101+PLC at the upper opening of each coal bunker underground,so that the large coal gangue will be crushed to less than 300 mm by the crusher before entering the coal bunker.In this way,a series of problems caused by block of large coal gangue on the main transportation line are avoided,the labor intensity of personnel and energy consumption of equipment are reduced,and the safety production efficiency and raw coal transportation efficiency are improved.
