综合分析当前国内煤矿实施自动化控制的背景,介绍当前各煤矿在实施自动化控制过程中存在的问题,分析当前梅花井煤矿自动化控制系统现状,通过对梅花井煤矿重要生产环节进行自动化控制改造,提出了集中控制建设方案,并阐述了集控模式需要注意的有关事项及关注点,探讨梅花井煤矿进行集中控制自动化系统改造意义,通过在调度室及现场改造实践,总结了梅花井煤矿调度监控中心建设对矿井带来的实际经济价值,以期为相关同类工作提供帮助。

This paper comprehensively analyzes the background of the implementation of automation control in domestic coal mines,introduces the problems existing in the implementation of automation control in various coal mines,analyzes the current situation of the automation control system in Meihuajing Coal Mine,puts forward the construction scheme of centralized control through the automation control transformation in the important production links of Meihuajing Coal Mine,and expounds the relevant issues and concerns that should be paid attention to in the centralized control mode,discuss the significance of the central control automation system transformation,summarize the actual economic value of the construction of dispatching and monitoring center of Meihuajing Coal Mine through the transformation practice in the dispatching room and on-site,which hopes for providing help for the similar work.
