摘要
针对梅花井煤矿23采区掘进工作面环境中温度超过26℃、设备硐室的温度超过30℃的情况,矿井采取了加大工作面风量、湿式掘进等措施,但效果并不明显,本文通过对矿井热环境、掘进工作面热害现状、已采取的防治措施等进行了全面分析,并根据梅花井煤矿实际情况,在掘进工作面重点部位安装了局部制冷降温设备。经现场应用表明,该种方式能够控制重要部位的温度,通过控制热源的方式实现工作面的降温,从而达到保障员工身体健康、提高劳动作业效率、确保安全生产的目的。
In view of the situation that the temperature of the driving working face in the 23 mining area of Meihuajing Coal Mine is over 26℃and the temperature of the equipment chamber is over 30℃,the measures of increasing the air volume and wet driving are adopted in the mine,but the effect is not obvious.In this paper,the thermal environment of the mine,the current situation of the thermal damage in the driving working face,and the preventive measures that have been taken are comprehensively analyzed,and according to the actual situation of Meihuajing Coal Mine in this case,the local refrigeration and cooling equipment is installed in the key parts of the driving face.The field application shows that this method can control the temperature of the important parts,and realize the cooling of the working face by controlling the heat source,so as to ensure the health of employees,improve the efficiency of work and ensure the safety of production.
