摘要
通过分析当前梅花井煤矿胶带机使用的除铁器存在长时间待机导致的磁力下降的严重问题,总结当前除铁器运行方式存在的弊端,以梅花井煤矿井下上仓斜巷运输线为研究基础,研究基于磁路平衡原理提前对各类铁器进行分析检测,并与除铁器形成联动控制,总结除铁器产生的经济效益和安全效益,为煤矿同类工作提供经验借鉴。
By analyzing the serious problem of magnetic force drop caused by long-time standby of the iron separator used in the belt conveyor of Meihuajing Coal Mine,this paper summarizes the disadvantages of the current operation mode of the iron separator,on the basis of the study of the transportation line of the inclined lane in the upper storehouse of Meihuajing Coal Mine,this paper studies the analysis and detection of all kinds of ironware in advance based on the principle of magnetic circuit balance,forms linkage control with the iron separator,summarizes the economic and safety benefits of the iron separator,and provides experience for the similar work of the coal mine.
