Study and Application of Mobile Management Platform based on Efficiency Improvement in Coal Mine

分析当前煤矿企业业务系统存在信息沟通不畅、决策层获得实时信息渠道单一、基层员工汇报工作时间长、成本过高等问题,借鉴当前企业管理中推行的移动管理模式,通过对梅花井煤矿管理中的问题及需求进行总结,研究出基于移动管理终端App和网页交互式的平台设计方案,实现了矿井重要信息的实时更新和实时浏览,形成移动管理平台的系统架构和功能设计,总结移动管理平台在梅花井煤矿的使用意义,并为相关工作提供助益。

This paper analyzes the problems existing in the current business system of coal mine enterprises,such as poor information communication,single real-time information channel for decision-makers,long reporting time for grass-roots employees,high cost,etc.,draws lessons from the current mobile management mode implemented in enterprise management,summarizes the problems and demands in Meihuajing Coal Mine’s management,studies the platform design scheme based on mobile management terminal APP and web page interaction,it realizes the real-time update and browsing of the important information of the mine,forms the system architecture and functional design of the mobile management platform,summarizes the usage significance of the mobile management platform in Meihuajing Coal Mine,and provides help for the relevant work.
