水肥耦合对烤烟干物质积累、磷吸收和分配的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Water and Fertilizer Coupling on Dry Matter Accumulation,Phosphorus Uptake and Distribution in Flue-cured Tobacco

摘要 试验开展了水肥耦合对烤烟干物质积累、磷吸收与分配的研究,为烤烟推广水肥一体化技术提供理论依据。试验在田间条件下,设置常规施肥(雨养)、常规施肥结合补灌(对照)、50%水肥耦合、100%水肥耦合4个处理,小区采用随机区组设计,3次重复。结果表明:补灌与雨养相比,于烤烟团棵期,补灌处理地上部干物质积累量提高了33.61%,地上部磷素吸收量提高了15.36%,茎磷吸收量提高了34.60%;50%水肥耦合与补灌相比,能显著提高上部叶磷素吸收量与分配比例,于烤烟平顶期,50%水肥耦合处理能显著提高烤烟地上部干物质积累量和磷素吸收14.15%和23.07%;100%水肥耦合与补灌相比,地上部干物质积累量处于同一水平,于烤烟打顶期,地上部与茎部磷素吸收显著低于补灌6.10%和21.61%,促进了磷素从烤烟茎部向叶片分配。综合分析认为,50%水肥耦合对烤烟生长和磷吸收效果明显。 Influence of water and fertilizer coupling on the dry matter accumulation,phosphorus uptake and distribution of flue-cured tobacco was studied,which provided theoretical basis for promoting the techniques of the flue-cured tobacco integrated with water and fertilizer.4 treatments were set as conventional fertilization,conventional fertilization combined with supplementary irrigation(control),50%coupling of water and fertilizer,100%coupling of water and fertilizer in randomized block design and repeated 3 times.The results showed that in rosette stage of flue-cured tobacco,compared supplementary irrigation with rain-fed,supplementary irrigation increased the above-ground dry matter accumulation by 33.61%,supplementary irrigation increased the above-ground phosphorus uptake by 15.36%,supplementary irrigation increased the stem by 34.60%.Compared 50%water-fertilize coupling with supplementary irrigation,50%water-fertilize increased the upper leaf and distribution of flue-cured tobacco.In topping stage of flue-cured tobacco,50%water-fertilize increased dry matter and phosphorus uptake by 14.15%and 23.07%.Compared 100%waterfertilize coupling with supplementary irrigation,above-ground dry matter on the same level.In topping stage of flue-cured tobacco,100%water-fertilize coupling reduced above-ground and stem phosphorus uptake by 6.10%and 21.61%,100%water-fertilize coupling promoted phosphorus distributed from the stem to the leaf.The comprehensive analysis indicated that the 50%waterfertilizer coupling was the best on growth and phosphorus absorption of flue-cured tobacco.
