摘要 针对农业物联网终端传感器在应用过程中的能源提供问题,采用模块化设计方法,提出了一种基于太阳能发电的农业物联网多功能供电系统,系统包括太阳能发电、充电保护控制、输出电压显示和电能存储等基本功能,为用户提供5 V和12 V直流电压,另外可根据实际需要增加交流220 V供电、自动逐日循迹、防盗报警等扩展功能。通过实验测量,在使用30 W光伏板、内部采用12 V、7 AH铅锌蓄电池容量作为供电电源,外部接12 V直流负载,在3 A放电电流条件下,全天24 h供电最低储电量为36%、最高位100%,充放电次数达到500次以上。实际产品具有体积小、成本低、模块化设计等特点,适合于农业物联网等不便于连接外部电源等工作环境。 Aiming at the problem of energy supply in the application process of agricultural internet of things terminal sensor,a multi-functional power supply system based on solar power generation for agricultural Internet of Things is proposed by using modular design method.The system includes solar power generation,charge protection control,output voltage display and energy storage,etc.Provide 5 V and 12 V DC voltage,in addition,according to actual needs,add 220 V AC power supply,automatic day-to-day tracking,anti-theft alarm and other expansion functions.The experimental results show that the minimum storage capacity of 30 W photovoltaic panels,12 V and 7 AH lead-zinc batteries are used as power supply,12 V DC loads are connected externally.Under the condition of 3 A discharge current,the lowest storage capacity is 36%and the highest level is 100%for 24 hours,and the charge-discharge times are more than 500 times.The actual product has the characteristics of small size,low cost,modular design,etc.It is suitable for the working environment such as the Internet of Things in agriculture,which is not easy to connect external power supply and so on.
