基于二水平Logistic模型农村消费者食品安全风险认知研究 被引量:4

摘要 以农村消费者对食品安全的风险认知为研究目标,选取山东省10个地市的农村消费者为调查对象,在传统消费者个体特征因素基础上引入地市特征作为二水平构建出二水平Logistic模型。研究发现,山东省不同地市间农村消费者食品安全风险认知存在显著差异,同一地市则存在相似性。食品安全风险认知受个体特征、家庭情况、地市特征等因素的影响。家中人数较多的、对社会监督情况满意的已婚女性居民对食品安全风险更担忧。建立食品安全试点可降低农村居民对食品安全风险的担忧。 Taking rural consumers’risk perception of food safety as the research goal and selecting rural consumers from 10 cities in Shandong province as the survey object.Based on the traditional individual characteristics of consumers,the two-level Logistic model was constructed by introducing local market characteristics as two levels.It wa found that there were significant differences in the cognition of food safety risk among different cities in Shandong province,while the cognition of food safety risk in the same city is similar.Food safety risk cognition of rural consumer was influenced by individual characteristics,family situation,local market characteristics and other factors.Married rural women with a large families and satisfied with social supervision were more concerned about food safety risks.Food safety trials could reduce rural residents’concern about food safety risks.
