社区高血压患者血压控制中家庭医生综合干预的应用效果探讨

目的探讨社区高血压患者血压控制中家庭医生综合干预的应用效果。方法将我院自2014年3月—2016年1月以来所收治的76例社区高血压患者,按照随机方法将患者分为组a(37例)和组b(39例)。组a仅进行常规高血压管理;组b在组a基础上增加家庭医生综合干预。结果①组b患者血压控制率显著比组a高,有统计学差异,P<0.05;②护理前两组患者舒张压、收缩压相似,P>0.05;组b护理后舒张压、收缩压显著比组a低,有统计学差异,P<0.05;③护理前两组患者合理运动、血压监测、规律用药、合理饮食所占比例相似,P>0.05;组b护理后合理运动、血压监测、规律用药、合理饮食所占比例显著比组a高,有统计学差异,P<0.05。结论社区高血压患者血压控制中家庭医生综合干预的应用效果确切,可有效控制血压,改善血压水平,提升患者健康行为,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the application effect of family doctor in the control of hypertension in community.Methods:Since March 2014—2016 years in our hospital were treated 76 cases of community hypertension patients,according to the random method will be divided into groups of patients with a(37 cases)and group B(39 cases).In group A,only the routine hypertension management was carried out,and the group A was added to the group B based on the family doctor Results:①group B patients blood pressure control rate significantly than group a high,there was statistically significant difference,P<0.05;②Nursing of two groups of patients with diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure was similar(P>0.05);group B nursing diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure significantly than group a low,there was statistically significant difference,P<0.05;③Before nursing reasonable movement of two groups of patients,blood pressure monitoring,drug laws,reasonable diet comparable proportion(P>0.05);group B nursing after reasonable exercise,blood pressure monitoring,drug laws,reasonable diet proportion significantly than group A high,significant difference,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application effect of family doctor's comprehensive intervention in the control of hypertension in community hypertension patients is exact,which can effectively control blood pressure,improve blood pressure level,improve the health behavior of patients,it is worth promoting.
