乳黄消口服液治疗奶牛乳房炎的作用机制预测分析 被引量:1

摘要 探讨乳黄消口服液治疗奶牛乳房炎的作用机制。采用TCMSP、STRING、DAVID、Cytoscape数据库及软件对乳黄消口服液作用于奶牛乳房炎的作用机制进行预测分析。通过TCMSP数据库从乳黄消口服液中筛选得出101个活性化合物、对应靶点257个;乳黄消口服液-奶牛乳房炎PPI网络包含249个靶点;根据DAVID数据库分析确定了136条GO条目(错误发现率<0.01),在KFGG通路分析中筛出22条信号通路(错误发现率<0.01)。故得出乳黄消口服液可能通过山奈酚、槲皮素、漆黄素、丹参酮Ⅱ_A、脱水淫羊藿素等来调控HSP90AA1、IL-8、AKT1、IL-6、IL-1β、TNF、IL-4、TLR4、TLR2、JAK2、STAT5B以及MAPK14等靶点,基因功能富集于细胞增殖调控、高分子代谢过程的正调控、细胞外间隙、配体依赖性核受体活性、凋亡调控等,通过癌症通路、前列腺癌、小细胞肺癌、胰腺癌、非小细胞性肺癌、Toll样受体信号通路等信号通路来治疗奶牛乳房炎。 To investigate the mechanism of Ruhuangxiao oral liquid on bovine mastitis. The effect of Ruhuangxiao oral liquid on bovine mastitis was analyzed by the database and software of TCMSP,STRING,DAVID and Cytoscape. The results showed that 101 active compounds of Ruhuangxiao oral liquid were screened by TCMSP and 275 corresponding targets;the PPI network of Ruhuangxiao oral liquid-bovine mastitis diagram contained 249 targets;there were 136 gene ontology(GO) entries and 22 KEGG pathways were screed while the FDR<0.01. In this study,it was concluded that oral liquid may regulate HSP90 AA1,IL-8,AKT1,IL-6,IL-1β,TNF,IL-4,TLR4,TLR2,JAK2,STAT5 B,MAPK14 and so on by means of kaempferol,quercetin,urushiol,tanshinone Ⅱ_A,dehydrated icariin,etc. The gene function was enriched in the regulation of cell proliferation,the positive regulation of macromolecule metabolism,the extracellular gap,the ligand dependent nuclear receptor activity,the regulation of apoptosis,etc. And the bovine mastitis was treated through cancer pathway,prostate cancer,small cell lung cancer,pancreatic cancer,non-small cell lung cancer,Toll-like receptor signaling pathway and so on.
