复方黄芪益气口服液对AFB1致鸡肝损伤的保护作用

The rapeutic effect of Fufanghuangqiyiqi oral liquid on liver injury induced by AFB1 in chicken

研究复方黄芪益气口服液对黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB1)致鸡肝损伤的治疗作用。随机将140只鸡分为正常对照组、AFB1模型组、黄芪多糖对照组、复方黄芪益气口服液低剂量组[0.8 mL/(kg·bw)]和复方黄芪益气口服液高剂量组[1.6 mL/(kg·bw)]、复方黄芪益气口服液对照组,其中,正常对照组和AFB1模型组每组28羽;其余组每组21羽。饲喂AFB1含量为2.8 mg/kg的饲料8 d建立鸡肝损伤模型。分别于9、17、26和33 d采样,采集血清、肝组织标本进行指标检测。结果表明,与AFB1模型组相比,复方黄芪益气口服液能显著改善肝脏组织病变,降低血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)含量;增加血清中总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)和球蛋白(GLB)含量;提高肝组织中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的含量,同时能降低丙二醛(MDA)生成量。复方黄芪益气口服液能增强机体免疫和抗氧化能力,对AFB1造成的雏鸡肝损伤亦有很好的保护和治疗作用。

To study the therapeutic effect of Fufanghuangqiyiqi oral liquid on liver injury of chicken induced by AFB1. 140 chickens were divided into normal group,AFB1 group,astragalus polysaccharide group(positive control),Fufanghuangqiyiqi oral liquid 0.8 mL/kg group,Fufanghuangqiyiqi oral liquid 1.6 mL·(kg·bw)-1 group and Fufanghuangqiyiqi oral liquid control group(control group);normal group and AFB1 group had 28 chickens in each group,astragalus polysaccharide group,Fufanghuangqiyiqi oral liquid 0.8 mL·(kg·bw)-1 group,Fufanghuangqiyiqi oral liquid 1.6 mL·(kg·bw)-1 group and control group had 21 chickens in each group. The model of chicken liver injury was established by adding 2.8 mg/kg AFB1 to the feed. Pathological sections of liver tissue,serum biochemical indicators,liver lipid peroxidation index and antioxidant index were used to investigate the therapeutic effect of Fufanghuangqiyiqi oral liquid on liver injury. We found that Fufanghuangqiyiqi oral liquid had a good therapeutic effect on chicken liver injury caused by AFB1,which could significantly improve liver tissue lesions,reduce serum ALT and AST content,and increase TP,ALB and GLB levels;reduce the production of MDA,increase the content of SOD,CAT,GSH-Px and GR,enhance the body’s antioxidant capacity. The results suggested that Fufanghuangqiyiqi oral liquid could enhance the body’s immunity and antioxidant capacity,and has a good protective and therapeutic effect on liver damage caused by AFB1.
